Sanjay is a Consultant with Divurgent. His broad healthcare
experience encompasses pharmaceutical, provider, payer, information
technology and consulting. He has worked on cutting edge healthcare
projects and examined the topics of health informatics, business
intelligence, consumer-driven health, IT strategy and modeling
and simulation. He has a track record of providing key information
that drives strategic business decisions and healthcare investments.
His work has shown success in helping health care companies
in the areas of new product development, strategic planning,
market entry, and partner searches. Sanjay is a dynamic and
energetic leader who has helped build several professional organizations
and public interest groups, in addition to his work with private
companies. Mr. Sarma has a Masters degree in Public Health from
the University at Illinois at Chicago, and an undergraduate
degree in Biochemistry and The Classics from the University
of Virginia. |

Shane Danaher is the Client Services, Vice President for Divurgent.
In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic service
offerings, driving client satisfaction, and developing sound
marketing strategies. Shane brings over five years of experience
to the healthcare technology field and has a proven history
of establishing successful relationships with providers and
healthcare organizations. These relationships have enabled over
35 clients to meet their goals and advance their healthcare
offerings through successful implementation of IT projects and
programs. Shane has an Economics degree from Haverford College
and is currently pursuing an MBA. |

Nina Brown is the Human Resource Director with Divurgent. Under
her leadership, the Company has developed programs that meet
employee needs, foster an environment where people enjoy their
careers, and employees are supported and prepared for growth
and success. Nina leads Divurgent’s human resource function
and her responsibilities include employee relations, benefits,
compensation, HR technology and organizational development.
Nina has diverse industry experience supporting the human resource
function, however her main focus is in healthcare and start-up
strategy. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor
of Science Degree and is certified through the Human Resource
Certification Institute. |
